- Scheduling and Booking
- Students are encouraged to schedule their classes at least one month in advance to secure preferred time slots.

- If availability is confirmed, students must send their full weekly availability (the broader, the better) along with any time preferences.
- A tentative schedule will be sent the same day. Once received, the student has 2 days to confirm or request adjustments.
- After confirmation, the student may proceed with payment.
- If the 2-day period passes without confirmation, the proposed schedule will be released and a new one will be sent based on André’s updated availability.
- Class Options and Duration
- Students may book individual classes or purchase hourly packages (12 or 24 hours).
- The more hours you purchase, the lower the hourly rate.
- Sessions can be scheduled in blocks of 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours, depending on availability and the student’s goals.
- Students are encouraged to maintain a weekly class frequency for best results.
- Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Each student may request:
- Two reschedules with at least 48 hours’ notice, or
- One reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Same-day rescheduling is not allowed.
- If the student fails to attend a scheduled class without proper notice, the session is considered lost and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- If André needs to reschedule a session, he may do so once with 24 hours’ notice.
- If André cancels a session on the same day, the student will receive 1 free additional hour of tutoring.
- Payments and Refunds
- All tutoring packages must be paid in advance.
- A confirmed schedule is only secured once payment has been made, and must be completed no later than one day after confirmation.
- Refunds are not available once hours are purchased.
- However, the student may transfer unused hours to another person, as long as this is done within 6 months of the original purchase date.
- Session Recordings and Materials
- All tutoring sessions are recorded. Students will receive a Zoom link to view or download the session.
- Recordings will be deleted after 3 days of sharing the link.
- While no exclusive materials are distributed during theory sessions, students nearing the practice test phase will receive a personalized error log and strategic feedback.
- General Conditions
- André reserves the right to refuse service to students who do not comply with these terms or show repeated scheduling issues.
- These policies are in place to ensure structure, respect, and optimal learning conditions for all parties involved.
