Why Anxiety Hits Hard

When anxious, your brain shifts to “fight or flight,” impairing critical thinking and memory. It’s a natural response, not weakness, but it needs managing.


Building Mental Fortitude Before Exam Day

  • Simulate Test Conditions: Practice full-length exams under timed, realistic conditions. This desensitizes you to pressure and builds endurance.
  • Mindful Breaks: Integrate short meditation, deep breathing exercises, or walks into study sessions. These reset your brain and improve retention.
